(This is what I imagine a good duet looks like.) I love duets. Not the cheesy old duets of the 80s or 90s but the simple and heartfelt duets of bands like the Stars or the Weepies...two people simply making gorgeous harmony. I especially like the interchange between male and female vocal when the song is not lovey dovey but emotionally charged. It can add a totally new dimension to the music.
Here are some that will forever remain on my ipod:
Magnet & Gemma Hayes: lay lady lay
Weepies: gotta have you
Weepies: world spins madly on
Stars: the night starts here
Papas Fritas: way you walk
Peter Bradley Adams & Susie Suh: unreconciled

I'm a big fan of duets too. Some of the most emotional music comes from male/ female pairings. Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell=one of my favorites.
Love the photos :-)
I like Bill Medley & Jennifer Warnes in The Time of My Life. Everytime i hear the song it makes me wanna do the dirty dance.
